RISE Innerversity ("The Company") retains the right to deny service to any individual at its discretion. Reasons for such denial may include, but are not restricted to, copyright infringement, plagiarism, inappropriate interactions, and payment issues. We reserve the right to modify these reasons at any time, without prior notice or obligation to update the list above.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards only. To change your payment details, you must log into your account and manually update the information. RISE Innerversity does not store credit card details and cannot modify this information for you.

Subscription Products: To cancel, please log in to the Member’s Portal and modify your settings there. Cancellations via email will not be accepted. Access to subscriptions and programs will cease immediately upon cancellation, with no prorated fees.

Business Products, Events, and Services: All sales are final. Once you make a down payment or enroll, you are committed to complete the payment. Access to the membership area may cease once an event or program ends.

One-on-One and Group Coaching: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failing to do so will result in the client being charged for the session. Makeup sessions may be available depending on therapist availability.

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrival will reduce your session length but will not encroach on the next client's time. Missed or late-modified appointments without 2 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Special situations, like power outages or inclement weather, that necessitate cancellation from either party, will be rescheduled without additional charges. Emergency absences will be considered individually by Jennifer Whittington. A written request within 7 days may exempt you from late cancellation charges, subject to approval.

Your appointments are confirmed electronically a day prior through email and/or text messages. Despite these reminders, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments. Not receiving a reminder is not an acceptable reason for missing an appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service and processed through PayPal, which accepts all the major credit cards listed above.

RISE Innerversity does not accept insurance and is not a Medicare provider. For more information, refer to our Medical Disclaimer on our website.

Three consecutive cancellations without adequate notice or due to reasons other than illness or emergency may result in immediate termination of services.

Accounts overdue by one day or more will lose membership privileges and incur a $100 late fee. Memberships seven days past due will be terminated, and discounted rates will not be renewed. More than two payment interruptions will necessitate the full balance due, with no future payment plans available.

No refunds are available for any services, sessions, digital products, self-study courses, subscriptions, or programs.

Sales tax is not applicable.

Most products are digital and delivered via email within 24 hours. Physical shipping is within the US only and will take place within three business days via USPS or Priority Mail. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered items.
